About this site

Sifter is an independent publication launched in July 2023 by Raymond Tana. This site is intended to serve as a technical blog on various topics ranging from tech, mathematics, machine learning, games, linguistics, etc.

I hold a PhD from Penn State University in Mathematics. I studied Computability Theory, Logic, and Fractal Geometry. I am also interested in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, and Computer Science.
